The Coal Exchange, whilst proud of our historical roots endeavour to look towards the future and our new RSS feed is one way of doing just that.

Here's a nice explaination of RSS from the BBC

RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and is an incredibly simple way to keep up to date with info from your favourite sites (us for example). If you use firefox on mac or pc, or safari on the mac subrscribing to an RSS feed couldn't be simpler. We have included instructions for the most popular PC and Mac browsers below but there are many ways to access this content

Firefox
In Firefox; when you arrive at a page that carries an RSS feed you will see the orange logo opposite. Clicking on this logo will allow you to add this feed to your bookmarks toolbar [below your address bar] where you will be able to access the content from your site instantly without having to revisit the site.

In Safari; when you arrive at a page that carries an RSS feed you will see this blue RSS logo in the address bar. Clicking this will take you to the contents of the feed. On the right hand side of this screen under 'Actions' click 'Add Bookmark' this will add a bookmark to the RSS content in your chosen location (Bookmarks Toolbar or Folder)
